Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive and educational environment at all times.
  • Serve as the main administrative support for new salespeople and Field Trainers.
  • Conduct a minimum of 3 weekly sales training sessions both in the office and in the field.
  • Identify and explore new lead generation channels.
  • Foster creativity in retaining salespeople and guiding the hiring process for experienced and non-experienced sales staff.
  • Identify effective sales recruiting and hiring platforms for Sales and Marketing personnel.
  • Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews for potential hires.
  • Manage sales team activities by creating and distributing weekly sales reports, tracking individual performance metrics, and striving to build dynamic sales teams.
  • Set and maintain personal sales goals, with potential exemption based on team and company performance.
  • Ensure availability of training materials for new hires.
  • Provide ongoing support and information to the sales team, including liaising with various departments and assisting with administrative tasks.
  • Accompany new salespeople on field visits to provide support and training.
  • Adapt to various roles related to sales team assistance, training, and development.
  • Assist new hires in communicating effectively with production, office, and management.
  • Train new hires in the process of picture-taking to optimize the supplementing process.
  • Adhere to the company's termination agreement outlining confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Past experience in the solar and/ or roofing industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the home restoration or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of software such as Go High Level and Acculynx is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in sales reporting and analysis.
  • Knowledge of lead generation and recruitment strategies.
  • Willingness to travel for field visits and training purposes.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Compensation potential: $200,000 - $300,000 per year, competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
