Responsibilities:

  • Connect, relate, and empathize with homeowners, fully understanding their needs/wants to provide the best solution.
  • Share with homeowners the various needs, processes, and benefits available to them.
  • Provide stability and opportunity for all members of your team to do what we love and make the greatest impact possible.
  • Serve clients better by knowing which types of customers best fit each product or service.
  • Offer our services to the right fit, ensuring ample opportunities for the customer and the team.
  • Help prospects move on quickly if they're not the right fit, allowing ideal clients to discover the right product or service.
  • Introduce our one-of-a-kind system for services and create a unique value selling proposition for clients.
  • Meet expected standards, provide career growth opportunities, and serve our community.
  • Ensure accountability, maintain culture, and keep the team informed of prospects' status and new clients.
  • Utilize blocked scheduling, automation, and task management platforms to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Ensure help and accountability, providing an opportunity to learn at an advanced level and understand your role's impact on the team.
  • Improve together as a team through open and transparent reviews of each other's performance.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to create, foster, and maintain long-term relationships: Build lasting friendships with customers, deserving a professional like you and a company like ours to serve them.
  • Highly motivated to set and achieve goals: Show willingness to learn and accept coaching for personal and professional growth.
  • Driven to reach your highest potential. Learn and overcome obstacles, proving best suited for our internal teams and external customers.
  • Passion for teamwork: Recognize the value that each person brings through their unique experiences and skills.
  • Skilled at utilizing technology, especially a CRM: Manage workflow, ensure communication, and track results to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Additional requirements:

  • Experience: Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
  • License: Driver's License and vehicle required
